South Tyneside Hoops4Health Basketball Finals

On Friday night, our basketball team represented Stanhope brilliantly and competed at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle

The team showed fantastic skill and teamwork in the semi-final against Biddick Hall, securing an impressive 10-0 victory to book their place in the final.

At half time in front of thousands of Newcastle Eagles supporters, the team faced tough opposition and despite a determined effort, they lost 6-0 to St Bede’s. Our team did not give up and showed great sportsmanship throughout the match.

We are incredibly proud of the team for reaching the final, demonstrating resilience, teamwork and excellent effort all the way through the tournament.
