More than 650 young people took part in the competition which is fantastic and reflects the inclusive next of the virtual format.

However a huge well done to us (Stanhope) who are crowned South Tyneside Yr 5/6 Virtual Sportshall Champions for 2020/21. We, along with other schools (to be identified) will represent South Tyneside at the Tyne & Wear County Finals.
We await further detail on the Tyne & Wear School Games County Finals format before we confirm the number of qualifiers from South Tyneside. We’ll be in touch with further information once known.
So proud of every one of you!
