Mental Health Awareness Week (14th – 20th May 2018) is about STRESS and how we are coping with it. We all know whats it’s like to feel stressed – it’s part of everyday life. But when you’re overwhelmed by stress, it may lead to mental health problems or make existing problems worse.
This week is also Year 6 SAT’s week and with this in mind, during lunchtime all of this week, Miss Franks has opened the Forest School exclusively for Year 6 pupils. The children have been creating dens and exploring the outdoors in a bid to relieve stress, and anxiety during their exams.
