Newcastle Eagles will be visiting school tomorrow to take part in a workshop with the Year 5 and Year 6 children. Children will need their PE kits and suitable trainers.
We have received the following information from school admissions.
This week information packs will be delivered to schools to give out to nursery parents whose children will be transferring to Reception in September 2019. These packs are to be given out on Friday 7 September 2018. The packs include the attached letter and gives parents further details on the admission process for their children. Also included in the packs is a list which should be used to obtain signatures from parents to confirm that they have received information. These lists should be returned back to the School Admissions Team as soon as possible.
Parents will be able to apply via the Council website at www.southtyneside.gov.uk/schooladmissions and those parents who do not have access to a computer can contact the School Admissions Team on 0191 424 7767 or 0191 424 7706 to obtain a hard copy. Applications open at 8.30am on Friday 7 September 2018 and the deadline for applications is 4.30pm on Tuesday 15 January 2019.
If you do not receive enough letters for parents, please can you print the attached letter and hand out.

When your child goes into Year 6 in September, on their first day back they will have their PE lesson (TUESDAY 4th SEPTEMBER 2018). The children will need their NEW PE KIT – Yellow polo shirt with school logo (if your child has not yet purchased a polo shirt, they can from the school office for £5.00), with navy OR black shorts and suitable trainers.

Today we held our Annual Awards Assembly.
There were a mammoth amount of achievements to celebrate – including Student of the Year, Mathletics, Computing, Buddies, Attendance, Reading, Sports and House Points Awards.
