We have been asked by South Tyneside Council to give out the following information:
Please find attached a web link to our October Half Term programme. There is plenty on offer for the kids of all ages. I would be extremely grateful if you could add this to any e-newsletters you will be sending out to parents or attaching the link to any paper materials of the same nature.
The leaflets are out in the Council Leisure facilities and booking is available right now. Numbers are limited on some courses so please act fast!
Your child will come home this afternoon with a parents evening letter. You are able to sign up for a preferable time via your child’s class teacher at home time.
Please book your time as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
On Tuesday 18 September 2018, the children in Year 5 and 6 took park in the Hoops for Health challenge. Plays from Newcastle Eagles came into school to present a workshop in a bid for children to get healthy using exercise. The children had an excellent time and some were awarded with prizes at the end. Well done Year 5 and 6! and thank you to Newcastle Eagles.
The new academic calendar is now complete. If you would like a copy, please ask at the school office.
Thank you

Reminder
Newcastle Eagles will be visiting school tomorrow to take part in a workshop with the Year 5 and Year 6 children. Children will need their PE kits and suitable trainers.
