ACTIV 5 – Quadkids Athletics Results 2021 👏👏
CONGRATULATIONS once again to our tremendous pupils!
We were crowned Y1/2 Overall Team Champions for the whole of Tyne and Wear County! 🥇
Our Y3/4 and Y5/6 teams were so close in finishing 2nd overall too! 🥈

Individually we have 3 champions – Lucas C and Dakota (Y1/2) and Bobby (Y3/4) 🥇🥇🥇
Amazing work, I am so proud of you all and your efforts, thank you to all of the staff who supported in running the events too!

Mini Ninja Development

Over the past month we have redeveloped an area of our school yard – we are proud to now show you our ‘Mini Ninja’ course. The Year 6 pupils were the first to try it out yesterday and had an amazing time.

I’m sure you’ll agree it looks fantastic and will be accessed by everyone weekly.

Quad Kids Athletics South Tyneside Finals 2021 Y6

YEAR 6 QUADKIDS ATHLETICS COMPETITION 🥇🥈🥉🏆
This morning 16 of our Year 6 children were competing at Monkton Stadium in the South Tyneside Schools QUADKIDS Athletics Finals against 14 other schools.
The children completed 4 events: 75m sprint, Vortex throw, 400m distance and standing long jump.
They earn points for each of their performances and we had some outstanding performances.
Congratulations to our athletics with some tremendous performances and talents.

Today the sun shone brightly on our children competing in our annual School Games Day. They were fantastic and did themselves proud in the 9 events earning points for their House. At the end of the competition only 1 point separated 1st and 2nd place.

South Tyneside Schools’ Y4 Tennis Finals 2021

Today we have had a wonderful success in WINNING the South Tyneside Tennis Finals, held at Boldon LTA.

Our 8 fantastic tennis players won 27, drew 3 and lost just 2 of their matches. Their hard work, dedication, enthusiasm and determination to succeed has certainly paid off.

They were resounding winners having done superbly in their challenges too, 2nd were Lord Blyton and 3rd Mortimer.

It is a tremendous achievement. Well done to all of the pupils, I am so proud of you all. Congratulations!
